Terms of service

These terms govern your company's use of Kimuse HR. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for who you give access to, and for keeping passwords private. Owners and administrators control which users can see which information.

Payroll and statutory calculations

Kimuse HR calculates PAYE, RSSB and other deductions from the rates configured in your account. You remain responsible for confirming that rates are current and for filing declarations and paying amounts due to the Rwanda Revenue Authority, RSSB and other bodies on time.

Your data

Your company owns its data. You can export it at any time and delete your company from Settings. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Trial and billing

New companies get a 30-day trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid plan agreed with us. We may suspend accounts with unpaid invoices after notice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful purposes, try to access other companies' data, or disrupt the service.
